Pros

Good compensation depending on your department. I can only speak for the Sales team, but it has been life changing. The product is phenomenal and easy to sell, it has a great market fit and isn't outrageously expensive, so customers usually see the value in purchasing. It's a small company and feedback is usually appreciated and implemented if it's legitimately good feedback or ideas. My manager is the best (words nobody ever says, I know lol) and the other managers are pretty chill to work with. Work life balance is pretty solid, again I can only speak from Sales but I don't feel burnt out unless I am doing it to myself by choosing to work more than necessary. I get to work fully remote which is a dream come true for me.

Cons

There's been a lot of change over the last few years, which has been both good and bad at times.

Pros

> The team is made up of smart, driven people who genuinely care about the company's success. > Leadership, particularly the CEO, was approachable, and I always felt comfortable providing feedback. > The product is innovative, and there was a strong focus on refining processes and market strategy. > I loved the variety of work and the ability to contribute across sales, enablement, and operations. Wearing multiple hats allowed me to have a meaningful impact on different aspects of the business. > My insights were valued when advising leadership and the sales team on best practices.

Cons

> Like many startups in a growth phase, frequent changes were necessary, but at times they felt more financially driven than strategically planned. > Internal restructuring and shifting priorities made long-term planning challenging. > It was frustrating to learn about internal roles only after they were filled. In one case, a role I was very interested in never formally existed until it was given to someone else without prior notice or opportunity to apply. > The company does not conduct exit interviews, which feels like a missed opportunity to gather valuable feedback and strengthen internal processes.
