Flexible, great learning opportunities, reasonably flat structure, friendly colleagues

Chaotic style of working means you are often jumping from one task to another without a clear action plan. Also, there is no guarantee that the role you are hired for is what you will get to do as you are asked to move around and work in areas that may not of interest. They also have a very high turnover rate so it's hard to create lasting relationships and a lot of time is spent in bringing new people up to scratch.

-You need to work really hard to get good incentives(maybe not a Con) -I assure every organization will have some common things, that we won't feel comfortable
