      Pros

      Autonomy and opportunity it’s to be successful. Lots of freedom and a great fun team.

      Cons

      Overworked. The labour is not evenly spread in the slightest and the sales team are all paid different amounts. It’s taken personally if you bring up pay and reward; you’re asked if that’s all that’s important to you.
