Pros

Product is over-engineered and durable. KI comes out with many new lines to stay current with trends. Breadth of lines is huge and it's very possible to furniture a complete project. Great warranty program

Cons

Working with KI as a dealer can be difficult. The people you depend on at HQ can act like there no other options, take it of leave it. KI does not offer spiff program to dealer acct managers, so they have to LOVE the product to choose it over a chair they get paid $5 for each one they place.

Pros

Great people who work here and they do a great job building a culture that I want to be a part of. They are open to new ideas and are always looking to improve. There is also a very long average tenure of 10+ years.

Cons

You cannot work from home most days and they will push back even if you have a valid reason.
