- I guess too many meetings but lol that's every company haha. - None really though. Great organization to work with!

Top leaders push positivity, team work, professionalism. Many team members are great at their jobs and great with how they treat one another. Can be a positive experience to work here, if you are distanced from certain key individuals. Everyone and everything is great as you're first walking in the door.

The leader of their PMO efforts is conflict prone and has only survived by working long hours for free and blaming any/all mistakes on subordinates, who are then fired. His presence in a key role poisons the morale efforts of all others, and directly contradicts the company's supposed core values. However, the primary client likes that individual, and so he remains, to spoil the rest of the apples in the barrel and the overall experience working at KGO.
