The reason why the reviews for this company look like Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde is because the good reviews are a desperate and sad attempt from management to move their rating up for 1 star (what it would be without the fake reviews) . Cons “standard challenges as you find in all workplaces” “I can’t think of any” I laughed so hard at those honestly. The CEO is quite literally the worst person to walk on this earth. Anyone who respects him is too weak minded to see the narcissistic and manipulative tendencies he’s using to get them to be his minions. When I say there is no respect for his employees, I mean none whatsoever, he degrades them in front of everyone for making mistakes, overworks all of his staff and doesn’t care to pay you overtime if you’re working in the office past hours. The fate of the business depends on his childish mood. He has a strop when people quit because again..he is a CHILD. Takes everything personally, but tells everyone not to take things personally. Hypocrisy. There’s not enough time in the world to explain how terrible of a person he is. Oh and, if you’re anyone who isn’t a straight white man, there’s no use of even applying for a job here as the environment is massively bigoted and hugely enabled by the HR department.
