Pros
Excellent environment to work. They are doing some really good research in the area of risk assessment in oil & gas and pipeline.
Cons
Should learn to work in a small team. Cannot really call it a con but yes if you are kind of person who like to work in big teams or one who is used to an environment where work is delegated to you all the time, then you may not enjoy the work much.
