Hard to get team members the comp they deserve. Better communication on a regular cadence from top company leadership (Oscar, Kimberly) on period results and next period goals/initiatives.

CEO, Kimberly Smith, brought strategic leadership and established a strong team bringing growth back to the nutrition business over the 4 years she was here. The turnaround allowed us to invest and expand the site. Teamwork and collaboration was encouraged and successes were recognized and celebrated. It became fun to work here again.

Mismanagement of the Pharma business has led to us losing several of the good people, unfortunately.
