Pros
Office space is clean and secure.
Cons
Deceptive Practices: After losing a major project, management will reassure you that everything is fine, promising to place you on other projects. They'll even ask you not to apply for other roles, including internal ones, claiming there are opportunities within. But once you accept, be prepared for an unexpected layoff—without notice, without severance, and with flimsy excuses and all they care about is their stock "quarterly results." Unqualified Leadership: You’ll be shocked to find inexperienced people in senior positions, including at the director level. They lack the expertise to lead effectively, making the work environment unstable and frustrating. This is Project Management consulting company but actually client tell them what to do. Clients are also shocked at the bad quality of work. Zero Work-Life Balance: Forget about maintaining a healthy balance between your job and personal life. The demands are high, and there’s no support to manage the overwhelming workload as they expect you to work weekends and odd hours to meet client unreasonable demands every week not just once in a while. It’s Not What It Seems: While the company may appear promising from the outside but the grass is NOT green on the other side. If you’re considering joining, don’t sign on without securing a joining bonus, relocation package, and a compensation of at least $250K—because layoffs can happen without warning, leaving you in a lurch.
