- New office - No feedback or any standards for performance

Cons

- Management does not have best intentions for all employees - On your own environment - Its all about the money A good place for new insurance broker, but i dont think that the vision for employee growth is there especially, from direct management.

Pros

I spent four years at KBD Insurance as a sales broker, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience. The office vibe is amazing—everyone's friendly, and there's a real sense of teamwork. Curtis, the owner, is one of those rare leaders who genuinely cares about both his business and his employees. He’s approachable, supportive, and always ready to listen. Taylor and Sean, my managers, were also great to work with. They provided consistent guidance and made sure we had all the tools and resources to hit our goals. They were always there to encourage us and to help out whenever needed. KBD is a place where you can really grow and develop your skills while working in a positive and energetic environment. It’s a company that values its employees, and that makes all the difference. I worked here throughout University and they were very flexible with my school schedule, gave me time off to study for exams and were very understanding!
