Pros
You work with and learn various different medical device companies equipment and instrumentation, as we are vendor neutral. You get experience with multiple different surgical specialties and plenty of OR time.
Cons
Management couldn't care less about you as an employee. They make decisions based on favoritism instead of hard work and dedication, and you will be sold many empty promises like, "you will be promoted within the next year, I can almost guarantee it!" and then you get stuck at the same account for years. The concept of the position is nice, but execution isn't there.
