Pros
- Great benefits, lots of vacation and sick time (you're gonna need it). - Great people, some of the best coworkers I've ever had.
Cons
- Insane amounts of overtime. Company would rather everyone in the warehouse work five 9 hour shifts and a 6 hour Saturday shift than hire adequate staff. - Management doesn't know what in the world they're doing. Only know how to throw OT at the problem and not actually manage their people. - Cannot pay people a decent wage for the work that they do. The people dping the most work are making sub $20 an hour which is criminal in my opinion.
