-Great Cause -Creative problem solving opportunities -Flexible work environment

-Low pay -System of awarding grants flawed, instead of awarding organizations with the greatest needs the organization with the best infrastructure are often awarded. This means non-profits that already receive lots of funding are often awarded grants -Concerns of employees are often ignored or placated. They will listen to you concerns but then completely ignore them and proceed with business as usual -Low pay compared to the amount and level of work performed as well as the cost of living
