      Pros

      Get really attached with the dog guests. You have the opportunity to work independently and build relationships with other faculty and canine guests.

      Cons

      Loads of work, albeit rewarding. Unfortunately, a small business cannot offer a high wage/salary so the pay isn't a sustainable source for expenses (mortgage/rent, bills, gas, car payment, etc)
