Toxic work environment, managers doesn't control employees and superiors always putting negative pressure

You have nice people working there. But they are hijacked by a promise of a global consulting experience and/or an equity payout which does not exist.
Cons
Corrupt Management doing everything in their power to post numbers.
Job cuts. Lack of strategy. Disconnected ownership and WORSE: C-Level leadership involved in unethical behavior. They lack experience and treat people horribly. More than half of the team taken on the Sales "Incentive" trip were fired within months. CHRO is clueless and should resign if she had any honor. They force people to bypass laws and engage in unethical activity. Rotation and law suits are the norm.
