Pros

Some good people trying to do good work.

Cons

Their annual review process is the worst I've ever experienced. Jump through a dozen hoops and maybe get a 1-3% raise at the end of it. But don't count on it. (You won't) The company is hemorrhaging money- you never know when the next mass layoff is going to happen, and if you're lucky enough to stay, enjoy your 3 new jobs (with no raise or bonus). The incompetence and disfunction of many key people is astounding. Morale is terrible, for obvious reasons.

WOW! that is a really bad post. I guess I can only wish you all the best in your new role. I really do wish you would have come to visit with me, prior to departing or even better at the first issue. I cannot make things better or help you after the fact. So again I hope you are happy in your next adventure. However, for anyone else interested in hearing our side; our review process is actually really cool. Every employees (which we call team members) write our own goals and self review (there are of course some guard rails), but that is pretty cool, no one else makes up your goals, you do! It is also not mandatory. If you don't want to do the review process you don't have to do it. 3% raises are accurate and standard across our industry and honestly across most industries these days. The days of 8-10% raises are long gone unless you are in one of the bubble of the day industries. We also have best in class benefits, we actually provide a free health and dental plan for all team members! (ok no monthly contribution from our team members, but yes on co-pays, etc.) And we offer more really cool stuff for our team members. We also have been super lucky and thrilled to have some amazing team members who have exceeded all expectations and those team members regularly earn more than 3% raises every year. To respond to the next claim, we do not have any plans for mass lay offs planned and that is a cruel and unkind false statement to make. In 2013, our company was acquired and like during all acquisitions there are restructures. To be honest it was over 20 people from one location and based on headcount at the time, it did qualify as a mass lay off again in 2013. There are days when morale is bad for me and I love my job, but there are other days like our July Jega tournament, our 4 day 4th of July weekend, our Dodger Game nights or even today when morale is awesome. Only you can make you happy, but we try really hard to work hard and have fun! Thank you for reading this response to the end!
