Small company, but it's really creative-thinking team with best developers. Not ordinary clients can get here really good result. Very interesting career opportunities in this or head company.
Cons
Small salary, compensation and benefits. It's average for St. Petersburg, but too small for Moscow or Europe/USA. I think, it's start place for talent young developers.
