- birthdays are celebrated - company meal on the first Friday of each month to encourage bonding with the different departments. - Fridays off each month are only for those who are working with the company for more than a year.
Cons
- employment contract is not signed, or it's very difficult to get it signed. - allowances offered may not be paid at their discretion - hierarchical nature which can be difficult for some to adapt to. Which also includes micromanaging which can affect individual morale. - Hiring matters and inquiries are done via whatapp. It can get irritating when one needs clarification on certain things.
