      Pros

      Demanding but impactful work, great people. Everyone is motivated and smart. It has been a pleasure and a fun journey working side by side of people who are always raising the bar and motivating you to become better. Highly recommend If you are a person who likes to work, face new challenges and make sure you are alongside the best.

      Cons

      It's not a negative point for the company, but the insurance industry is very slow and perverse. Brazil is very lucky to have such a good team building unimaginable solutions for the insurance market in here.

      It is a good company to work if you're looking for: - Flexibility - Full remote setup - Considerably good Salary - A culture that values ownership and freedom with responsibility - Fast paced and change environment - Everyone at the company is good. Like, for real!

      Cons

      The company is a startup, so, it comes with its risks of course. But, the founders are good on what they do and they are transparent.

      Pros

      - 100% remote - good salary - a great working environment. I mean a great for real! - no micromanagement - career growth it's a reality - working with people from different places, giving you opportunity to know more about other cultures - offsite:) - you'll enjoy if you like startup and a fast paced environment

      Cons

      - things happen fast. This is not a sownside, but if you're a someone who likes calming, quiet and straightforward environment, then you might not enjoy very much
