      Pros

      Good benefits, flexible hours for some, fair pay. Career paths are clear for Installation, Service and Development. The management team in IT and Development are awesome.

      Cons

      CEO is completely disconnected from the company and employees. No DEI initiatives, let people go once they tire of them, no performance evaluations for corporate employees, no protection for you if you are "different", and toxic managers are not held accountable for egregious behavior, If you are interested in working in the office -I recommend you look elsewhere.

      Pros

      I will not likely be at JAVS much longer. Some of the other techs were ok, but ultimately thats pulling pros out of my butt.

      Cons

      No work/life balance (my coworker has had three heart attacks), difficult clients, no training or support offered, company breaks washington employment law because they are based in Kentucky.
