1. Challenging and feel pride on what I do 2. People in general are friendly and makes you motivated to rise your own game and collaborate with them. 3. People are committed to give the best of what they do. 4. Good salary & compensation

1. Fairness/Justice - I normally feel treated unfairly, oppressive management style. 2. Micromanaging feeling style 2. Heavy workload against time needed to get the job done or have it distributed fairly 3. Too many unnecessary administrative tasks 4. Work tool feels old, although this is now changing 5. Food is not the best and expensive.
