Pros
• The team is really talented and helpful, one can learn a lot from them.
• The projects seemed to be going really well and, considering that a big focus is taken on predictive maintenance for renewable energy clients, I felt good about what we were doing.
• The teams and projects are well structured, while always keeping good communication between them. For instances, there are multiple modules being developed internally in well-determined teams, which are then used as tools in each project.
• Even if you're just an intern, your voice is heard, allowing to have an impact on important decisions and participate in relevant meetings.
• Very good work environment and people are really friendly. We all had lunch together, multiple ping pong matches, tons of laughs and a really awesome team weekend trip. I honestly felt like it was kind of a second family to me while I was there.
Cons
• As a growing startup, there are some moments of chaos and stress.
• Sometimes we must do work that isn't exactly what we were looking for, but it's what the team needs to do at that time.
• When I was working as an intern there, I felt that I couldn't explore some of the ideas that I had as I was stuck in multiple tasks that needed to be done in tight deadlines.
