      Pros

      This company is best only for software engineers in order to learn new things and to handle critical situations.

      Cons

      this is not good for call center employees Heavy work pressure and horrible treatment from management no proper pay all fake promises from management nothing. Moist important point is bond they wont return even one rupee if they fire the candidate.

      Pros

      Loved working with everyone within the company and they promoted work/life balance and strongly encouraged healthy lifestyle by organized company activities (softball, paintball, marathon training, etc.) As well as charity work.

      Cons

      They have had a history of many ups and downs in revenues. Part of that was due to putting "too many eggs in one basket" (ie: automobile industry) and part due to taking some changes, which I'm not sure should be under a con necessarily !
