      Pros

      Everyone is very professional and excellent at what they do. I have over 20 years of software development experience and I currently feel like I'm the least knowledgable which is somewhere I haven't been in a long time. It's a good thing, to be able to learn from your colleagues. Management wise, they've really bent over backwards to help me out with some heavy personal.

      Cons

      If I had to pick something, I guess I'd say that it's growing extremely fast and can be kind of crazy. This is also a good thing in the long run, though.

      Remote work Everyone is very kind Lots of autonomy Very little meetings during the week Humble curious open-minded leadership

      Cons

      It's an early stage start up so there is ambiguity and you need to be able to find your own answers, but it is expected at this stage and leadership make a point of addressing people's feedback and making improvements every day

Truly a joy to work with these people. * Experienced and transparent leadership who really care about work/live balance * Very family friendly culture.

      Cons

      * Growing fast, so team structure and processes have been changing (for the better).
