Pros

Without a doubt the best professional experience in all my 20-something years. An excellent place for a 20-something to evolve into the modern industry professional and start getting messages from recruiters looking to interview you on a weekly basis. The CXOs are very smart and kind people who always have time to speak to you. The training system for each role will appear daunting at first but well worth it. Top of the line.

Cons

Work-life balance sucks sometimes but the internet never sleeps. 1-year there and not a day has gone by that I didn't have to respond to an email, receive 50 downtime messages, or have someone at the office complain to me about trivial problems they could've solved themselves. You'll need a thick skin to work here. Also, loose morals. When someone's getting fired / leaving the company you can feel the tension in the open-concept office and it sours the day sometimes.

Pros

I worked at Jumbleberry for a number of years. Loved the people and the open concept office. The atmosphere was fun, the employees had areas to eat with each other, quiet rooms for meetings, flexible working hours, fun team off-sites and team parties. I could always express how I felt whether that was with upper management or my peers. It didn't feel like work to me, or a drag to go into the office each week. All in all I really enjoyed working with the JB family. I left to explore a different career path but really enjoyed the experience and work that I did with JB.

Cons

Multiple hires starting each week. It seemed to have grown too big too fast.
