Sat me down for almost an hour. Pointed to a whiteboard which required candidates to critically analyze every single job they've had in their career.
The analysis required candidates to provide a 1-10 rating for questions like:
- How would you rate each of your past performances in every job you've held?
- How would you rate your previous employers?
- How would your previous employers rate you?
You can imagine that if you've worked for multiple brands or companies in a span of 10 years, this type of "Welcome to Apple" exercise is a bit excess.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Jumbleberry (Toronto, ON) in May 2016
Interview
They interviewed me by phone, and it took 30 min approximately to review my portfolio, to talk about myself, my creative process, and explain the reasons I wanted to work for Jumbleberry
