Supportive management and kind environment, but poor communication - Janitorial Judson University Employee Review

Schedules were lacking in communication. Often times other employees would come clean the buildings I was in charge of therefor making my presence useless. It often did not help that my coworkers and I spoke different languages and was hard to understand each other.
