      Pros

      I liked most of my colleagues. Other than that, I can't think of anything else.

      Cons

      Pompous and toxic corporate culture. Management is the absolute worst, treating you like you aren't human being. The hours and schedule are super draining as well. When people show up to work you can see it on their faces that they're miserable. Save yourself, run as fast as you can.

      New to Jonview and I must say the people are great. From onboarding, training, HR team and management support ... a real 5-star review!

      Pros

      I have previously worked for international companies and airlines, but Jonview is the only place where I have truly experienced a healthy work–life balance. In addition, the team is excellent, the work environment is flexible, and the overall experience has been very positive. It is a privilege to wake up each morning and go to a job you genuinely enjoy. The HR team is outstanding and highly supportive, as is the entire management team. This industry also provides continuous learning opportunities.

      I would say none, but it is my personal experience.
