      Nice neighborhood to work at.

      Cons

      JHR has been taken over by Ebinezer. The screening process for patients is taking on more difficult residents making the case loads more difficult. They have recently upped wages to $38 for experienced LPN nurses. Nurses are responsible for TMA’s that work with them.

      Pros

      Always put the residents first. Great work environment. Beautiful setting Staff for the most part gets along with each other.

      Cons

      Way behind the times. Not innovative at all. Big decisions that need to be made take way to long for the board to approve. Lower pay than most places. Management is totally disconnected from the line staff
