For the first time in this role, I learned a lot and was given lots of responsibility.
Cons
On the low end of pay, no bonuses compared to it's competitors, archaic in culture, not diverse, doesn't retain talent, lacks motivation to become flexible, not innovative in technology, framented organization chart amongst the staff positions.
