Pros
When you have a bowel movement each morning, you can pretend you are dropping it in the General Manager’s mouth and forcing him to slowly chew it for you, so when you flush it won’t clog the toilet. That was always a lot of fun every morning for me, and ultimately, the ONLY “Pro” part about wasting my daily living breaths with Jonas Software and a company they own called “The Retention People”. If your life is in a downward spiral, and you are living in a wet and dirty cardboard box on the street, wearing the same filthy and grimy clothes every day, begging clean and beautiful passer-bys for change, your hearing and sight failing, your general health deteriorating, your mental capacity disappearing and all of a sudden you are offered a job at a Jonas Software company called “The Retention People” (aka “Fitronics LTD” and “Jonas Software”) – DON’T TAKE IT - because if you do – you’ll regret every rotten second you spend working to make them money.
Cons
The “Cons” are many, but I’ll narrow them down: 1) Their OWN CUSTOMERS hate the Jonas Software (The Retention People) products, because they don’t work. 2) Jonas Software company The Retention People copies other BETTER software and tries to change one word so they look like an original, but 3) Their OWN CUSTOMERS hate them and their products. 4) Zero culture; Zero diversity (oh wait, they hired one black person to mingle with the other 10 white folk), and 5) Their OWN CUSTOMERS hate them (oh wait I already wrote that two times) and 6) The Jonas Software /The Retention People software is a horrible imitation of the companies that DO IT RIGHT – and as such, their software products DON’T WORK, and so 7) Their OWN CUSTOMERS hate them and their products. If you like lying to people all day about what your software products really do – and then having to defend that lie every day, you might like Jonas Software and The Retention People. But if you want to work for a legit company, with legit products that function as they are supposed to, don’t work for Jonas Software’s The Retention People - go work for Medallia. You’ll have more satisfaction.
