I feel Jon Wayne strives to put employees and customers first and when that's done everyone has the ability to stay happy at work. They work hard to make certain employees enjoy what they do and everyone is rewarded for there efforts in maintaining a top notch culture at Jon Wayne. The pay and benifits is very competitive in the area but the fun we have is hands down the best.
Cons
If i had some i would share, typically "cons" are a personal issues and most need to remember that they have chosen this trade and a great living can be made when succseful. I choose to wake up happy and do what i enjoy and that is to work hard and watch this company succeed. When your happy at work everyone wins.
