      Pros

      The firm culture is fantastic including tons of social activities/ holiday parties out of town/ firm-wide retreats and happy hours. There are tons of growth opportunities within the firm and the partner level doesn't seem so "far fetched".

      Cons

      pretty long busy season given nature of industry focus (although not as intense hours wise as typical public accounting)
