Pros
Good discount and benefits. Fun atmosphere, clothes are not bad most seasons. They like to hire from within so it's a good place for someone Looking for a company to stay with for awhile and gain experience.
Cons
Higher management as in the actual store managers not supervisors and staff are a bunch of nasty butt munchers . Upper management blames staff when sales aren't met, which is hard to accomplish when everyone knows that if you wait everything eventually goes down to $5.00 making it impossible to meet daily sales budgets etc. Also the opening and closing duties are astonishingly long and complicated.
