Many things to learn like candidate and client management. There is no pay cut since January 2020 and the incentive plan and pay outs are consistently attractive throughout + yearly bonuses.

A typical sales and target-driven company and the job can be equally stressful and yet rewarding. If you are a consistent performer, you will enjoy both monetary benefits and career progression. There were also many non-performers who had NEGATIVE contributions or simply just laze around while"WFM" who only can rant their resentments in the social media when being asked to LEAVE. ADVICE to those "Keyboard Warriors", you can blame the management, Sun and the Moon for all you want, but do reflect on your own actions before you make any nasty remarks. There is no reason to ask normal employees who are working diligently or those are in-line with the organization to leave.
