      The culture is really nice, you can speak your mind and there is always room for improvement. Sharing with people from different cultures is a great way to know more about the world and the trends.

      -Flexible -Great clients. -Learning and Development budget for you to buy books or courses online. -Local holidays. -Paid vacation.

      -Compensation is not great, and there’s no room for it to increase over time either.

      Pros

      Really flexible schedule overall. Good environment

      Cons

      Really depends on if the client/project sucks. In my experience the project was one of the worst software projects I've seen in my life. Also, if you get into an issue with the customer there's no clear way for you to handle it (in terms of who to call or dispute).
