Pros
The hours are fantastic. 9am-4pm. Nobody cares if you are late.
Cons
Employees, even upper management, are completely disposable. They regularly fire and lay off employees who are producing. When this happens, sometimes they give a small severance, sometimes not. There is no rhyme or reason. No training. They throw people who are new to the staffing industry in a role with significant responsibility, then get upset when they don’t produce. It was sad to watch, honestly. The turnover was so high, and every former employee you meet has ONLY negative things to say. The president and owner are the only two people with any say, and they are exclusively money motivated. The benefits are TERRIBLE. Insurance doesn’t cover anything. No maternity/paternity leave. No 401k matching. Don’t do it. I didn’t listen to the Glassdoor reviews. I wish I had.
