      Pros

      WFH policy, benefit is very good, colleagues are nice and friendly. Wages are satisfied.

      Cons

      Too many meetings. Target is very high to meet. The top management get change within these 2 years. They are like making your time slot very very full and assume you have 4 hands , 2 brains to work. Management is never satisfied about the AM performance. Each team has different goals and target but always put to compare, not apple to apple. Company has many dashboard to monitor your daily acting.

      Pros

      GM was a motivator and supportive of entire staff from the assistants to the managers. Corporate in Hong Kong was a little difficult to communicate with, but overall the company allowed employees to contribute their thoughts and ideas.

      Cons

      Corporate office is in Hong Kong so many of the major decisions were made without our input in the US office - and sometimes those decisions did not fit the US market.
