Pros
I had a great time at JR. Wonderful People and great teams. Helpful Colleagues, that you spend time with also after work. Even if a Department Head is new in his/ her position, management coaching is provided and employees and team member show understanding and are proactive. I experienced JR as a great company. There is room for ideas and new thoughts. Jobrapido cares for their employees, has great team events through out the year and encourages all employees to meet outside of work as well.... Of course you will have a different salary in IT compared to UK for example. However, the people make a difference. I dont remember going to work in a bad mood, thinking, that i dont want to go. I know NOW, this is not payable!!!!! Managers actually care about you as a person, and this, you will very seldom in other companies around the world!

Growing quickly might be a bit difficult at time when i was there. It might have changed now.
