From new hire bootcamp to their level program for each position, the team at Jobing crafted an amazing development program(s) to keep employees engaged and on a path of continued education before doing so was popular. Opportunity to work with some very passionate and wonderfully smart people
Cons
The tidal wave of the recent recession took a major hit not only on the organizational structure but also its culture and identity. A rapid reaction to change the company into a "tech" company and all but abandon its roots as a advertising solution boggled clients. The tech solutions never lived up to the hype and couldn't compete with the major players in the ATS/ CRM field.
