Pros

- Free food for whenever you want - (Mostly) good people to work with - Monthly outings for employees

Cons

Where do I even start... Let me say that the cons definitely outweigh the pros for Jobber. - You can NEVER trust upper management with anything. Do not ever confide anything with your manager or higher-ups, as they will just defend their own actions and have zero empathy with employee issues when brought up. And yet, they preach empathy with their customers... - Sales management is outdated and refuses to grow up. They make comments that are extremely unprofessional, inappropriate and insulting. They are not sensitive to other cultures. - Upper management will have their own backs before they ever have yours. - Sales management likes to spread rumours to make you uneasy and question everything you know. Do not believe anything they say - instead, go to the source. - Sales management says that they're flexible, but they're the farthest thing from flexible. - They think that motivating you is telling you that you're "easily replaceable", which is NOT motivating but very discouraging. They will bottle everything up inside and explode on you, tell you to "shape up" or leave, instead of helping you like a normal manager should do. They do not have your interests at heart. They also tell you that they "regret hiring you," to your face, alone, and then have the audacity to ask if there's anything they can do to change. Here's my answer: EVERYTHING. Stop insulting your staff. - Sales management is technologically uneducated...at a tech company.

Pros

Not a single positive during my time at Jobber

Cons

- Leadership has ZERO strategy to compete against the other players in the market. - Way too many convoluted processes that slow everyone down - They will recruit you from another company and then let you go with absolutely no notice or reason

Pros

Strong product-market fit Good benefits Helpful coworkers Good resume builder for SaaS sales

Cons

If you have strong sales experience, think carefully before joining. Inbound is a grind with inflated targets, low attainment, and compensation that doesn’t justify the workload. Most reps either quit or get pushed out quickly. The real surprise is when someone actually lasts. Morale is low, turnover is constant, and the pressure never stops. Management talks heavily about culture, but at the end of the day this is a compensation issue. Reps are expected to carry impossible numbers while being heavily micromanaged every step of the way. The company has a good product and some good people, but the sales structure feels designed around replacing reps rather than retaining them. Anyone who succeeds here long term has my respect. The environment is far tougher than leadership seems willing to admit.
