Working fully remote comes with its own cons - sometimes you want an office to come to for live meetings and information exchange. However this is somewhat mitigated with free passes to co-working spaces and regular workations.

Love the technology, helps me to save a lot of time.

End results depend on clients a lot and this can't be managed easily.
