Pros
Supportive Colleagues Work-from-Home Flexibility Engaging and Intriguing Work Good Pay
Cons
The company's rushed and poorly thought-out expansion resulted in massive hiring followed by abrupt, seemingly arbitrary layoffs. The CEO's unilateral decision-making has led to disorderly and nonsensical staff cuts, causing the departure of our top managers. Furthermore, the company enforces ever-changing, perplexing KPI policies, which rely on inflated metrics, pushing the best of talents to feel unappreciated and pressured to quit. It's become a place that stifles creativity, disregards qualifications, and outsources production. It's a far cry from the promising company it once was. At this rate, JoVE appears to be on the road to disaster, lacking a coherent plan or direction.
