Good employee discount, occasional team meetings/updates on what's going on in store.

Very toxic work management at Jo Mercer especially if you're young/fresh grad. Other employees can be very petty even if you make a minor mistake; a lot of talking behind your back as well. No proper delegations of task especially if you're new or younger, they'll make you do all the cleaning and you would have no experience with customer service or anything else because either store is too quiet or the older employees will hand you all the cleaning tasks. Especially if you have no experience in retail they will expect you to pick things up immediately without any hands on experience given but will complain that you aren't doing enough. Will also only pick on certain employees not all/ some employees get better benefits/leave than others.
