Pros

Empty promises on profesional growth that motivates the employees.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you didn't have a great experience during your time here. We continuously look for ways to enhance employee satisfaction and cooperation. Your review helps us to achieve better communication throughout the company. We're transparent from day one. Our goal is to deliver outstanding customer value by pushing the boundaries of steel detailing and engineering. One way we accomplish this is to give our employees creative latitude and superlative training, then free them to pursue excellence in their work on their own terms and deliver results. In your case, we clearly failed; In some cases, several contractors have been terminated because they failed to meet the highest standards imposed by our customers. Don't hesitate to reach out if you would like to discuss this further.- Human resources team.

Promotes self-improvement, great growth opportunity, provides paid training in the first two weeks and as needed after that. Strong teamwork, encourages self-starters.

Cons

Sometimes overtime is required, however, its not part of the company culture to encourage it

Pros

Offers minimum benefits, none if the company could choose to.

Cons

All the previous reviews are quite on point. Disregard the positive one, it was obviously written by Human Resources. Culture is toxic, the President yields you on the phone and violently mistreats his employees, even his "acolytes"
