      Pros

      Huge portfolio for sales people to sell. Relaxing Environment for technical staff.

      Cons

      Losing customers at alarming rate. Do not have much support from R&D, even product management couldn't provide a product roadmap due to this. Employees are not motivated to work because not everyone comes to office all the time.

      Pros

      We are like a family, we all help each others. The managers are understanding. We learn a lot with every project.

      Cons

      Management should be better. discipline at work should be applied. Raises should be given yearly to motivate us.
