Pros

Very stable life. Good work life balance. Very low workload pressure. You will get all facilities including accommodation, gym, club, pool, food. Very short you will get everything. Also, plant is situated in Hisar city only so you will also have access to the city. In short for people who are local to Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Delhi and UP this is the most ideal place for one who wants to earn the money as well as live the life.

Cons

Pollution and dust are main cons here. Except that people who are from Southern states will have to face extreme weather conditions. Also, no direct connectivity to any major city except Mumbai and Jaipur.

Location Constraints – Many job positions are based in industrial areas, which may not be ideal for those looking for work in metropolitan cities.
