      Mostly good direct team that was supportive somtimes. If unlucky with some staff members, there was no support so it was stressful with intense customers. Staff sales were nice.

      Cons

      A lot of pressure to make sales from area manager and expected a lot of availabilities for casual staffs.

      Decent employee discounts, nice time off, generally allows for work-life-balance

      Cons

      Negative culture, difficult to work with the HQ who are very condescending, little to no growth opportunities and raises are very rare
