      1. Ability to work with other teams and gain well rounded knowledge of footwear development. 2.Business class to Asia and International flights. 3.Most designers at Jimlar are friendly and hard working. 4.Midtown location next to flat iron is amazing. 5.Jimlar pays well for the hard work.

      Cons

      1.long hours 2.Projects never seem to slow down, busy most of the time. 3.Over seas travel for long periods of time. 4.Not a creative environment.

      Wonderful design community who really care about eachother!

      Cons

      Since being bought by another larger corporation, the internal values changes and ALL became focussed on the bottom line. Whereas prior, it was all about the people and a very family oriented family business.
