Pros
Nice community of people to work with. Work was steady. Busy at times but the work is well distributed. There were opportunities to learn and take on other responsibilities.
Cons
Working for this non-profit translated into lower pay for more responsibilities. The pay rate for IT Support staff was not commensurate with the responsibilities performed. Pay rate of some other staff left little to pay for healrh insurance offered by employer .
